INSOFT is a highly experienced IT solutions provider. It was established by several IT executives and professionals in 2008, and today we share the same vision with a team of nearly 150 professionals.
Led by a passion for helping society access public services as quickly and easily as possible, we mainly focus on public sector projects in Lithuania and also provide software development services across Europe and US markets. The Digital Gateway to Public e-Services system or E-police system are just a couple of projects we‘ve been on. The Cultural Education System, which won “The Best Decision for Lithuania” award in 2023, was once on our task list, too. We also believe in constant growth. Getting to say that most of our leads and seniors started their professional journey with us as juniors is a testament to that.
What you will do
Shared responsibility:
- Ensure smooth office operations and organize daily processes;
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person;
- Prepare, systematize and archive various documents;
- Take care of employee well-being;
- Solve minor office technical issues, order stationery and other necessary supplies;
- Organize internal events.
Independently:
- Manage the company's social media accounts;
- Maintain the company's website;
- Prepare texts for newsletters, articles, and other communication materials;
- Create visual materials (using Canva or other tools);
- Implement internal and external communication initiatives;
- Organize and coordinate the filming of the company's internal podcast.
What we expect
- 1-2 years of experience as an office administrator, communication specialist, social media administrator, or similar;
- Experience in managing websites and social media accounts;
- Experience working with content management systems (strong plus);
- Experience working with Canva, MailerLite (strong plus);
- Independence, ownership, initiative, creativity, responsibility, flexibility;
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English.

This is a temporary job (maternity cover for approx. 1.5 - 2 years).
